Unless there is some particular reason of necessity or convenience, for example a claimant’s inability to ambulate or other incapacity or a very large number of attendees, then it is preferable that the mediation is conducted at Peter’s chambers.
Unless there are an abnormally large number of attendees then we will have sufficient conference and break out facilities for all attendees at the mediation at Peter’s chambers.
Upon confirmation of the mediation please advise the numbers of attendees and their names so that the adequacy of break out rooms can be confirmed.
